Senior Construction Workers Trade Management Course (Course conduct in Cantonese only) 
To assist the career development of the senior construction workers in the industry, the CIC decided to conduct relevant management course with the support of the Development Bureau. The aims of the course is to provide an opportunity for the experienced workers to learn about management knowledges and knowhow, and upgrade their generic skills, well equipped themselves to promote to front line supervisors and specialised foremen. After gaining sufficient working experiences, workers can attained Technically Competent Person T1 level, which is recognised by Buildings Department. It is also a way to fuifill the perfection for those who intended to start his own business in the industry as well.
Course content was carefully designed by the industry, related construction associations and relevent government department, in order to cope with the actual requirements.
